Two years ago, I got to know Amiliya on Facebook, she invited me to attend a Bible Study messenger group. Since then, the first thing that I will do after getting home from work is to turn on my computer to check the messages in the messenger group, to see what God’s words, hymns, and movies that brothers and sisters have shared, as well as what topic they discussed. All these benefit me much, meanwhile, they help me maintain a normal relationship with God in busy work!As usual, I got home after work today and turn on my computer. When reading the messages in the group, I saw the messages of sister Maranita who just added into our group: Through your fellowship and sharing, I come to know the true meaning of the following verses of scripture,“I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 However, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. ”(John 16:12-13)
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”(John 10:27)
“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”(Revelation 3:20)
“He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches …”(Revelation2:7 )
Though I often read these verses before, I had no such new light. It now looks as though we must be able to hear God’s voice if we want to welcome the Lord’s return. God’s sheep hear God’s voice. If someone testifies the Lord has come and says He is incarnate Almighty God, then how can I discern God’s voice and confirm Almighty God is the returned Lord Jesus?
