Gospel Movie Extract From “Awakening”: Does Being Saved Represent Full Salvation?

Storyline:

Lu Xiu’en was a preacher of a house church in China. Believing the rumors and notions spread by the pastor, she insisted that man’s sins had been forgiven by the precious blood of the Lord Jesus, that man was saved by faith and didn’t need to receive any other salvation. As a result, she resisted and rejected Almighty God’s gospel in the last days many times…. Continue reading “Gospel Movie Extract From “Awakening”: Does Being Saved Represent Full Salvation?”

Once Saved, We Can Always Be Saved: Is It True?

“And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects me, and receives not my words, has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day” (John 12:47-48).

The Lord Jesus’ redemptive work has spread to the ends of the earth, reached every home and become a household name, and it is also because of the Lord Jesus’ redemption that mankind has survived until today. There are many brothers and sisters who back up the viewpoint of “once saved, always saved,” with the words of the apostle Paul, “For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation” (Romans 10:10). They think: Since the Lord Jesus redeemed us through crucifixion, we have already been absolved of all our sins and saved by our faith, and once saved, we are always saved, and so long as we endure until the end, we will be directly raptured into the heavenly kingdom when the Lord returns. However, some other brothers and sisters can’t help but question: “Is it really so easy for us to be saved? Can we attain salvation and enter into the kingdom of heaven through faith alone?” Continue reading “Once Saved, We Can Always Be Saved: Is It True?”

Can the Saved Enter the Kingdom of Heaven?

The Lord once said, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord”(Hebrew 12:14).

It is very cold today, a northerly wind blows my face like a knife. I drove my car to a supermarket for something. When I was passing through a traffic light, out of my expectation, a person suddenly appeared in front of my car. The fact is that the man’s hat was blown to the center of the road, he directly ran to pick up his hat without attention to my car. At that time, I had no time to think more but stepped hard on the brake, then there came the sound of locking four wheels. What followed was a bang behind me, it is the sound from my car being bumped by another car. Thank to the good braking performance, my car was perfectly still. Before I recovered, I saw the man stand up in front of my car. He was only half one meter far from my car. I pulled down the car windows and angrily scolded him. Gospel Movie Clip (4) – Is the Pardoning of Our Sins Really a Ticket to the Kingdom of Heaven?

God says: “You have missed a step in your belief in God: You have merely been redeemed, but have not been changed. For you to be after God’s heart, God must personally do the work of changing and cleansing you; if you are only redeemed, you will be incapable of attaining sanctity.”

Today I recommend a Christian movie clip to you, “WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VOICE” | Is the Pardoning of Our Sins Really a Ticket to the Kingdom of Heaven?

Sister Jingxin, the main protagonist of this movie, is a devout Christian who thirst for and seek the truth. What has confused her all along is what kind of people can be qualified to enter the kingdom of heaven. So she along with other brothers and sisters discuss and delve into the issue of whether one who has been relieved of sins is qualified to enter the kingdom of heaven. Finally, everything comes to him who waits. After their discussion, she sighed with emotion, “I’m now clear on this. Previously, my thought about this was so naive, thinking that we have been forgiven sins because of our belief, so we can get salvation once and for all and be qualified to enter the kingdom of heaven … Little had I realized that G-d’s work of saving man is not just to forgive man’s sins but to judge and cleanse man, through such work, man can get purified and gain salvation.” Continue reading “Gospel Movie Clip (4) – Is the Pardoning of Our Sins Really a Ticket to the Kingdom of Heaven?”
