Testimonies of Faith | Faith Perfected Through Trials and Tribulations

My mom developed a health problem in 1993, and as a result my whole family gained faith in the Lord Jesus. After that, she experienced a miraculous recovery and I went to church with her every Sunday from then on. Then in the spring of 2000, the joyful news of the Lord’s return reached our home. By reading Almighty God’s words, we became certain that He is the Lord Jesus returned and we accepted Almighty God’s work of the last days. We started reading Almighty God’s words every day, enjoying the watering and sustenance they provide. This really nurtured me spiritually. Thinking about how many people longing for the Lord’s coming still hadn’t heard God’s voice or welcomed the Lord’s return, I knew I had to considerate God’s will and share the kingdom gospel with them. In today’s world, phrases like “Money is first,” and “Money makes the world go round,” are held as universal truths and rules to live by. In this video, narrator Chen Min certainly believes in them. In order to make money and become rich, she toils day and night at various jobs, exhausting her body and ruining her health. Even when she is diagnosed with cancer, she doesn’t stop trying to earn money, but continues working while she receives treatment. Years later, she finally achieves her dream of becoming wealthy, owning a house and a car, and gaining the respect and admiration of those around her. But in the process, her body is ravaged by illness and exhaustion, leaving her in constant agony. After she starts to believe in God and read the words of Almighty God, she finally wakes up and realizes that money is nothing but bait, used by Satan to corrupt and poison humanity. She learns that the pursuit of money is not the correct path, and that the only way to give one’s life meaning is to pursue the truth and perform the duty of a created being. Once her views on what to pursue in life are remedied, her health miraculously begins to get better, and her life begins to change …

Gospel Testimony | “Only Wise Virgins Can Welcome the Lord”

Through reading Almighty God’s words, attending gatherings and listening to fellowship, she learns the principle to discern the true Christ from false Christs, she recognizes that Almighty God is the Lord Jesus returned, and happily accepts Almighty God’s work of the last days.

Gospel Testimony | “Only Wise Virgins Can Welcome the Lord”

The main character has believed in God since she was little, along with her family, and has been waiting for the Lord to return. One day, a church friend of hers gives her testimony that the Lord Jesus has already returned, and that He’s expressing truths to do the work of judging and cleansing mankind. She wants to look into it, but then she remembers the priest always saying that false Christs will come in the last days to deceive people, so she turns her friend down. But through the fellowships of her friend, her husband, and her mother-in-law, she realizes that labeling all news of the Lord’s coming as fake for fear of being misled is just cutting off her nose to spite her face, and means she’s likely to condemn the Lord’s return as well. She therefore decides to investigate and learn more about it. Through reading Almighty God’s words, attending gatherings and listening to fellowship, she learns the principle to discern the true Christ from false Christs, she recognizes that Almighty God is the Lord Jesus returned, and happily accepts Almighty God’s work of the last days.

After fellowshiping on Almighty God’s word, her confusion is resolved and she becomes certain that Almighty God is the second coming of the Lord Jesus. She gladly accepts Almighty God’s work of judgment in the last days.

Chunzhen has believed in God for over twenty years and has always worked enthusiastically in the Lord’s name, waiting for His return so she could be caught up into the kingdom of heaven. By chance one day, she has the opportunity to hear Almighty God‘s gospel of the last days and learns that, no matter how much effort someone expends working for God, if they don’t accept God’s work of judgment in the last days, their corrupt disposition will remain unchanged and unpurified, and they will never get into the kingdom of heaven. She’s confused at first—could it really be that God does not value all the work she has done in His name? But, after fellowshiping on Almighty God’s word, her confusion is resolved and she becomes certain that Almighty God is the second coming of the Lord Jesus. 2020 Christian Testimony Video | “It’s So Nice Being Honest” Based on a True Story

Not only is she not punished, she wins her boss’s trust, and realizes that practicing being an honest person in accordance with God’s words is a great thing indeed!

The main character in this video is a Christian who would often admit her own faults and shortcomings in job interviews, leading to repeated failures. Under the persuasion of a friend, she pretends to be an experienced expert in an interview and ends up landing the job. In an effort to prevent the boss from finding out her true capabilities, she works extremely carefully and pretends like she knows what she’s doing whenever she encounters any difficulties. On one occasion however, she forgets to pay the provident fund. She becomes very upset and racks her brains to try and think of a lie to cover up her mistake. Through the revelation of Almighty God‘s words, she gains some understanding of her own deceitful nature and comes to understand that it is only by being an honest person that one can be praised by God. In the end, she practices being honest according to God’s words and comes clean with the boss about her mistake and the lies she has told in the past. Not only is she not punished, she wins her boss’s trust, and realizes that practicing being an honest person in accordance with God’s words is a great thing indeed!

After being exposed and judged by God’s words, she gains some understanding of her arrogant nature and comes to hate it. She also realizes that she can’t do her duty well when she only relies on her own experience and strengths.

The main character has over four years of professional interior design experience. When she takes on responsibility for props and sets for the church’s movies, she tries to capitalize on this experience in her duty. She always clings to her own views, she’s arrogant, self-righteous, and rarely accepts other people’s ideas. This is stifling for her brothers and sisters and leads to many mistakes, requiring things to be redone and delaying the progress of filming. After being exposed and judged by God’s words, she gains some understanding of her arrogant nature and comes to hate it. She also realizes that she can’t do her duty well when she only relies on her own experience and strengths. She starts consciously forsaking her arrogant disposition and focuses on seeking the truth. When she puts herself aside and accepts others’ opinions, she begins to live out some human likeness.

Almighty God says, “No country or power can stand in the way of what God wishes to achieve. Those that obstruct God’s work, resist the word of God, disturb and impair the plan of God shall ultimately be punished by God.”
